Insurance and Financing

We are contracted with very few medical insurance plans. They include Neighborhood Health Partnership, Florida Health Choice, Beacon and Memorial Managed Care. If you have insurance that is not an HMO, we will accept it as payment for your initial visit. You may be responsible for an uncovered balance, however.

Financing for treatment is available through the following programs:

• Family Fee Plan

• IVF Finance Program, Medical Business Solutions, Inc.

• CareCredit
